Parking was surprisingly easy, which anyone who’s driven in Turkish cities will appreciate.
What really works about this place is the apartment-style setup. You get a proper kitchen – not just a mini-fridge and coffee maker, but actual counter space and a stove where you can cook real food. The living area has this slightly worn but comfortable couch where I ended up spending most evenings, and honestly, after weeks of cramped hotel rooms, having space to spread out felt like luxury. The WiFi is solid (worked great for video calls), and the air conditioning actually cools the place down, which isn’t always a given in this part of the world. The owner, who lives in the building, was incredibly helpful without being intrusive – he gave me his WhatsApp number and responded within minutes whenever I had questions about anything from taxi numbers to restaurant recommendations.
Is it perfect? Well, no – the shower pressure is sort of weak, and the building’s entrance could use some updating. But you know what? For a 3-star place with a 7.7 rating, it delivers exactly what it promises. You’re not paying for marble lobbies or 24-hour room service; you’re paying for a clean, spacious place to stay in a real neighborhood where you can actually live like a person instead of just another tourist. If you’re the type who prefers authentic experiences over Instagram-perfect hotel amenities, and you don’t mind being a short walk from the main action rather than right in the thick of it, this place makes a lot of sense. Just don’t expect anyone at reception to speak perfect English – though honestly, that’s part of the charm.

We loved the staff member who checked us in. He was very friendly and helpful. The accomodation is about 800m from shops and restaurants. The balcony area is big and nice. Overall good value for money if you’re travelling cheap.

Мы жили в апартаментах 2+1 на 3 этаже. Хорошая, удобная квартира, большие комнаты, чисто и уютно. Отличное расположение, в трех минутах от остановки общественного транспорта и торгового центра Террасити. Рядом есть все необходимое, минимаркеты, аптеки и супермаркет А101.

Я останавливалась в студии на верхнем этаже. Комната большая, удобная. Большая кровать, комфортный матрас и подушки. Просторная комната терраса. Были вопросы по освещению, сотрудник отеля быстро пришел и всё исправил

What could be improved: I asked the owner to cancel my booking but he never replied. I then asked him if he would book a room for my son and again he never replied so rather than risk going to find we didn't have a room we stayed somewhere else at extra cost yet after repeatedly asking for a refund of the £65 I paid he still hasn't replied or refunded me!
