You’re about a ten-minute walk to Konyaalti Beach — the one with the pebbles that massage your feet — and honestly, the location score of 9.5 makes perfect sense once you’re here. There’s a little market around the corner where you can grab fresh bread and local cheese, and the tram stop is close enough that getting into central Antalya becomes ridiculously easy. I mean, couples rate this place so highly because you get that romantic, residential feel without being stuck in the middle of nowhere.

The Apartment Experience

My room was actually more like a proper apartment — and I’m talking about a real kitchenette with everything you need, not just a mini-fridge and a prayer. The space felt lived-in but fresh, if that makes sense, with a balcony that caught the morning light perfectly. What surprised me was how quiet everything was; you’d think being in a residential area might mean noise, but the building is set back from the main road just enough. The air conditioning worked like a dream too, which in Turkish summers is basically non-negotiable.

Practical Perks

Here’s something that’ll save you money and headaches — the free parking is actually free and actually available, which is rarer than you’d think in this part of Antalya. I watched other travelers at nearby hotels scrambling to find street parking or paying daily fees, while I just pulled right into the hotel’s lot. The kitchenette situation means you can store leftovers from those massive Turkish portions, or make coffee exactly how you like it in the morning. There’s also a small terrace area where guests hang out in the evenings, and I ended up having some great conversations with other travelers there.

Look, this isn’t going to be the fanciest place you’ve ever stayed, but it does something more valuable — it gives you a real taste of living in Antalya rather than just visiting it.   The location is really great. It is very close to the beach and there are also some stores and restaurants in that area. We could also see a little bit of the sea from our balcony.
  The apartment is really spacious with a relatively big balcony. We also had a separate kitchen.
  The check-in and check-out process was very quick and easy, and the people at the reception were very nice and friendly.
  The internet speed (on the 4th floor) on my phone showed approximately 7.6 Mbps for download and 0.9 Mbps for upload which was totally enough for streaming videos and having video calls (at least on 1 device at a time).
  
  What could be improved: We were 5 people and if someone connected one more device to WiFi (in addition to a mobile phone), someone else did not have access to WiFi as there seems to be a limit for the number of sessions per apartment.
  The towels in the apartment were pretty old with old stains on them, but they were all washed and clean.

  The hotel is a stone's throw from the beach. The property is spotless, the room very comfortable with plenty of space. I received excellent customer service at the reception. Special thanks to the reception manager for his warm welcome, flexibility and hospitality.

  Good location for the beach. Reception staff is helpful. Very good pool. 15 mins from Antalya old town by taxi. Good for family stay.

  The hotel is close to the beach (10 min. walk), taxi and bus stops nearby. Many cafes, restaurants, shops, exchange booths in the area.
  
  Very spacious apartment (we booked a 1-bedroom one but had it upgraded to a bigger one when we arrived as it was available) with a nice balcony, big and well maintained swimming pool (bigger than what you expect in a budget hotel). The pool was in the shadow during the afternoon which was especially useful to hide from 35-40C heat on some days.
  
  There are no washing machines in the rooms but you can ask to wash your clothes free of charge and hang it at the balcony.
  
  What could be improved: Only one of the two bedrooms had AC, the other one only a fan. Was a bit of a problem on especially hot nights but not critically. The living room had an AC too but we didn't use it.
  
  Toilet flush didn't work properly, had to lift up the lid to properly flush. Not a huge problem but it is better to fix it. We just forgot to tell about it. But overall the staff/owners are very responsive and some of them speak English so in case you have problems they should be solvable.

  It was our second time there. We came back as it fulfills all our needs and the owners and workers are very nice.
  
  What could be improved: There were small issues with water and elevator, but it lasted a couple of hours and didn’t make too much trouble.
