  Отдыхали в этом отеле и остались очень довольны! Уютная атмосфера, разнообразная еда, чистота, красивый пляж и отличный бассейн 🏊‍♂️ — всё на высоком уровне. Особенно хочется отметить девушку на ресепшене по имени Роза — невероятно приветливая, профессиональная и всегда готова помочь с улыбкой. Также огромное спасибо русскоговорящим сотрудницам на стойке информации — они помогали с любыми вопросами и делали всё, чтобы отдых был комфортным.
  
  Очень приятно, когда чувствуешь заботу и внимание. Спасибо всему персоналу за отличную работу! Обязательно вернёмся снова! ❤️
  
  What could be improved: Единственный момент, который немного мешал — это громкое пение из мечети в 4:30 утра. Понимаем, что это часть местной культуры и традиций, но, возможно, для некоторых гостей это может быть неожиданностью. Рекомендуем взять с собой беруши, если вы чувствительны ко сну.

  Небольшой семейный отель. Не сильно разнообразное, но вкусное питание.
  Отель нацелен на отдых с детьми – все разноцветное, для детей бэби клуб с 4х лет без родителей, детская дискотека, все достаточно стандартное по меркам Турции.
  Отель бесплатно предоставил номер более высокой категории – есть все необходимое, но очень темно, не хватает света.
  Отличные лепёшки.
  
  What could be improved: В букинге неверно указан он на карте, изначально приехали не туда, пришлось тратить деньги на такси.
  Уборщики в столовой, которые назойливо прямо во время приёма пищи трут тряпками, очень неделикатные.
  Десерты – хуже среднего, постоянно одни и теже.
  До пляжа минут 7-10 пешком, ходит трансфер. Пляж посредственный.

  Отель не большой, чистый и уютный. Уборка номеров каждый день Персонал очень внимательный и отзывчивый, говорят на английском, и на русском. Питание разнообразное , всё очень вкусно! Отель больше подходит для семейного отдыха с детьми. Для детей, классный аквапарк, с множеством горок.

  A Fantastic Family-Friendly Resort in Serik/Antalya
  
  We recently had a wonderful stay at Crystal World Of Colours in Serik/Antalya, Türkiye, and I can't recommend this resort highly enough, especially for families. Our group included four adults and a 4-year-old child, and we all had a great time.
  
  From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel is exceptionally family-friendly. Our daughter loved the Mini Club, which runs from 10 am to 11 pm with several dedicated teachers. It provided a safe and entertaining environment for her, allowing us some much-needed relaxation time.
  
  Every evening, the kids' show from 8:30 to 9:30 was a highlight, with dancing and sing-alongs that our little one thoroughly enjoyed. Following that, from 9:30 to 11 pm, there was live music entertainment featuring wonderful singers, perfect for dance parties.
  
  The all-inclusive package was fantastic, offering three delicious meals a day, plus a 24-hour snack bar and cocktail bar. The variety and quality of food and drinks were impressive. We also loved the convenience of being just a 5-minute walk from the beach, where we could borrow leaning chairs for free. The beachside dining experience was a lovely touch, adding to our memorable stay.
  
  The resort's amenities were excellent. We enjoyed the massage and fitness center, and the super-sized water slides and outdoor pool were a hit with both kids and adults. The friendly environment and welcoming staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
  
  Our room was very spacious and had five beds. There were two refrigerators stocked with free drinks. Additionally, the resort was only 30 minutes from the airport, making our arrival very convenient.
  
  Overall, Crystal World Of Colours provided us with an unforgettable vacation filled with fun, relaxation, and great memories. We will definitely be returning!

  компактная, но очень удобная территория как отеля, так и пляжа. отличное питание, мороженое классное. на ресепшн отзывчивый менеджер. классный аквапарк. отдельные яркие домики.
  
  What could be improved: при уборке выкинули наши привезённые с собой тапочки. приходилось просить дополнить мини бар, в ванной тоже пузырьки не пополнили. не очень удобный шатл на пляж, не всегда попадающий в расписание. но до пляжа можно и пешком дойти минут за 10.

  Nothing if there is zero star I will give them
  Staff are not professional, cannt speek English.
  Reception staff murat is very rude
  We stayed for 2 night no one come to clean the room
  The food variety is limited meat and chicken are not cooked well
  I paied an extra money to upgrade the room but the balcony veiw was a street

  Ac leaking in resturant, my kid slipped and no one came for apology
  2 slide are not working and the pool. Is full of sand
